Most Realtors spend a large part of their time looking for their next client by door knocking, cold calling, calling on expired listings and for sale by owners, or doing open houses. That is not where I focus my time. Working by referral, my clients keep their ears open for anyone that might have a need for our services and then call me so that I can follow up and take care of their real estate needs. That is how I can focus our attention on my current and past clients and their referrals.
